Bursaries
The LIMES Congress Organising Committee is pleased to offer a number of bursaries to PhD students and early career researchers, who will be giving a paper at the Congress. Individual bursaries will cover the costs of the conference registration fee. Please read the selection process section to see whether you qualify to apply.
Application for the bursary can be done by filling-in a digital form below.
The deadline of applications has expired (1st March 2022). All applicants have been informed mid-April 2022

Welcome to Nijmegen, a city with an old city center and beautiful surroundings. Nijmegen is a sustainable city with many bike paths that encourage people to cycle and explore the rolling countryside.
Choose a route that traces the centuries-old roads the Romans took, or a route along the water’s edge for endless diversity.
During your stay for the LIMES XXV Congress bikes are available for you. Most hotels offer a free bike during your stay with them, or you can rent one at Jasper Fietsen, who has special offers per day or per week for congress participants.
In the city center you will find several guarded storage places for your bike that are free of charge, and the Lindenberg also has a bike storage available.
